Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Türkiye): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processes, and carrier delays.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.


Shipping Providers

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. These may include:

  • Local courier services
  • International logistics providers

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
  • If further assistance is needed, contact us and we will help resolve the issue

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged package and product

We will review the case and provide a solution.
